SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Processing
Bombay orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed and shipped to be received within 4-8 business days unless expedited service is requested. Legal U.S. holidays may add an extra day to your shipping and processing times.
Standard Shipping & Express Shipping
Standard Shipping orders are shipped via standard FedEx Ground Service to generally arrive 4-8 business days after shipping. For faster delivery, we offer Overnight and Two Business Day Express Service (applied to orders placed before 10 a.m. CST Monday through Friday) for items under 15 pounds. A physical address is required for all orders. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses. For Standard Shipping rates, consult the table below.

Express and Overnight orders are processed at 10 a.m. CST Monday-Friday. Our shipping department and carriers are closed for the following US legal holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Day. Orders placed on any of the above holidays will require an additional day for processing and receipt. Shipments for Hawaii and Alaska require Express Shipping and are limited to 15 pounds.

Note:
If you select one of our Express Shipping options, those charges are applied in addition to the Standard Shipping and Processing charges. You may choose standard FedEx Ground Service, Overnight, or Two Business Day Express service to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require Express Shipping. However, Express service is not available for items over 15 lbs.
International/US Territories Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations or US territories.
Oversize Shipping
Some of our larger items are delivered via Through-the-door Truck Delivery for a $150 shipping surcharge. Through-the-door delivery is typically 6 to 20 days from the date an item has been shipped, but may vary depending on the shipping destination. Deliveries are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and within a 4-hour window. Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. Unpacking, placement in a room, packaging removal, and assembly are not included.
