Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
 
A: You do not need to set up an account to place your order. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to save your personal information, and items in your cart. You will need to provide us with your email address so we can send you an order confirmation and you can track your order.
 
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
 
A: Be assured that your personal information is kept confidential. We will not share, sell, or rent your information to any third party.
 
Q: How do I retrieve or change the password to my account?
 
A: You can recover your password here.
 
 
Q: How can I track my orders or review my order history?
 
A: You can track your orders by logging into your account here and checking the ACCOUNT tab for your order history and tracking information.
 
Q: I received a shipment from Bombay Company, however there were items missing from the order I placed. Was this done in error?
 
A: No. We currently use multiple warehouses to process and ship orders to our customers. However, there may be some products that are only available in specific locations. Due to this, you may receive multiple shipments for an order placed on our site. Typically, items are shipped within 4-8 which are perfectly normal time frames. Please be assured that your entire order will be received in the outlined time frame at purchase. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will increase the estimated time frame for delivery.
 
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
 
A: You may place an order over the phone by calling Customer Service toll free at 1-855-BOMBAY1
(1-855-266-2291), Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM ET. We hope you will take advantage of the ability to browse and shop online 24/7.
 
Q: Can I place an order to ship internationally?
 
A: We do not ship internationally at this time.
 
Q: I have multiple promotional codes that I would like to use for my order with Bombay Company. Can I use multiple promotional codes on one order?
 
A: No. Currently, customers are only allowed to use one promotional code per order.
 
Q: What is your return policy?
 
A: While we are confident that you will appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of our products, we will accept returns on merchandise within 90 days after the order has shipped. For your return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unaltered, undamaged with factory tags attached, and in original packaging. Your refund will be made on the same card you used to make your purchase. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have processed your credit. Returns cannot be made through our retail partner stores and return shipping charges must be paid by you.
 
Q: What happens if I refuse a delivery or cancel an order after it has shipped?
 
A: The customer will be charged for all shipping costs (including return shipping costs). This does not apply to cases where items are damaged or the wrong items were shipped. In some cases, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will also be charged to the customer.
 
Q: What is your price adjustment policy?
 
A:We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. This includes mark downs offered on the Bombay website as well as any US retailers that carry Bombay branded product. We are unable to combine coupon codes, so you will be credited on one offer only. To obtain a price adjustment you must call 1-855-BOMBAY1, or email service@bombaycompany.com. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. A price adjustment for an online purchase can not be made in any of our retail partner stores. We will not make price adjustments for clearance or seasonal items.
 
Q: Do you have a Catalog?
 
A: We do not have a printed Catalog at this time. However, we will be bringing you our
online Catalog very soon.
 
Q: Are there BOMBAY stores?
 
A: Currently, we do not have store locations. We are focused on delivering the best possible shopping experience online, and offering other quality products through our retail partners.
 
Q: What retailers carry BOMBAY products?
 
A: We sell licensed products especially designed for retail partners. For a complete list, please visit the Store Locations.
 
Q: Do retailers carry the same products as your online store?
 
A: Our online store offers exclusive products not found at our retail partner stores.
 
Q: I am a Designer, does Bombay offer Designer discounts?
 
A: Yes, we love designers! We'll just need you to register with Customer Service to become a qualified designer.

To register with customer service you must:

- Email service@bombaycompany.com with your full name, web site address, Tax ID, scan of your business card, and your bombaycompany.com username.
- You must register at bombaycompany.com for a username if you have not yet done so.
- Receive confirmation from Customer Service that you can proceed with the program. They will provide you with a unique discount code to use on bombaycompany.com.
- Review the terms and conditions for the Designer program so you are aware of the restrictions:

Q: I have a BOMBAY Gift Card. Can I use it?
 
A: We regret that Bombay Gift Cards previously issued through Bombay stores are no longer valid.
 
Q: What are your methods of payment?
 
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards and Paypal for payment. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in US Dollars.
 
Q. Can I order a replacement part for a BOMBAY item?
 
A: We do not offer replacement parts. However, please log your request via email at service@bombaycompany.com with the subject “Replacement Part Request” and we may be able to help.
